Richmond Kwesi Ansah - Co-Founder

Richmond Kwesi Ansah is a co-founder of the Africa Centre for Entrepreneurship and Youth Empowerment (ACEYE). Richmond is a PhD candidate at the Alliance Manchester Business School, University of Manchester. His research focuses on the emergence of responsible practices in Sub-Saharan Africa. He has presented his works in many reputable conferences including United Nations Principle of Responsible Management Education (UK & Ireland Chapter) conference, 7th CSR Communication Conference, and others. He has co-chaired a track in the 11th Responsible Management Education Research Conference. He is a member of the Manchester Institute of Innovation Research. He holds an MSc. in Business Management from the Hong Kong Baptist University. He pursued BSc. in Business Administration from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. He is an entrepreneurship enthusiast, a business developer, and a market and academic researcher. He is a co-founder and lead strategist of PearKing Company Ltd.

He holds academic publications in the field of Supply Chain and Management. He worked as a research assistant at the Alliance Manchester Business School, University of Manchester, at Hong Kong Baptist University, at IMPALA Research Centre, and at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. Mr. Ansah is currently a trainee at the Atlas Network Academy. He is also an alumnus of the Youth Exchange and Study (YES) program organised by the American Council.

He describes himself as a family man who devotes much attention to his family. He is married and has one daughter. 

Due to his expertise in academia and research, he plays a significant role in the research activities at ACEYE.
